2. 2. Confirm that the hotel front desk offers package receiving services. Most hotels provide this service, but some may not accept deliveries.

• ・If your hotel stay is short, you may not receive the package in time.
• ・Purchases over 5,000 yen qualify for free shipping.
• ・Orders placed by 2 PM on weekdays are usually delivered the next day, but considering potential delivery delays, a minimum stay of 2-3 nights is recommended.
• ・Shipping costs to hotels in Okinawa and Hokkaido are typically higher.

Payment for International Customers:

• ・Payment can be made via credit card or convenience store payment.
• ・For credit ard payments, if the cardholder's name does not match the hotel guest's name, the order may be canceled. If you have a tour name, please include this information in the remarks section when placing your order.
